Dom Lampasona is an award winning filmmaker based out of New Jersey with extreme ambitions of originating cinematic stories that stem from his pure inspiration of chasing a lifelong dream. 

As a director he has created short films, documentaries, music videos, and commercial work. his previous sci-fi drama short film “the morning breeze” (2022) was a 5x best short film winner and he continues to develop mind-bending and adventure stories. his genre taste ranges from Psychological thrillers, to sci-fi, to heartwarming comedies.

his commercial work has reached thousands of audience members as he continues to expand his craft and assist clients with interpersonal digital marketing content. he has worked with fitness brands, merging his passions of fitness and filmmaking to create genuine advertisements and social media videos. dom has also worked with local breweries, car dealerships, lifestyle apparel brands, gyms, and supplement companies.

he takes pride in his strong leadership skills. He has led production teams of full cast and crew members with the mentality of giving his collaborators the most memorable experience possible on and off the production set. He knows what it takes to develop a project, handling the logistics of production and conceptualizing ideas from script to screen.

Dom has advanced knowledge of post production within the film and tv industry. he is a color and finishing producer at company3 new york and also operates as a freelance post production supervisor on short films, as well as an experienced editor. he works closely with established colorists, cinematographers, directors, and producers to ensure the color grading process is supervised and executed efficiently. dom manages the turnover process from editorial, to conform, to color, to delivery, while working with high resolution source media and color softwares like davinci resolve and baselight.

he has worked as a dailies producer on feature films establishing workflows prior to and during principal photography, coordinating camera and editorial technical specs, organize show LUTs, Supervise the Dailies Operator/Colorist to ensure sync sound and correct color is applied, the correct media codecs are processed, and provide seamless delivery to the editorial team.

within post supervision, dom establishes post production workflows, schedules, and oversees the project from pre-production through deliverables. he assists with post production budgeting, manages editorial teams and edit schedules, vfx pipelines, color and finishing, sound department, music composer, and final delivery.

he has worked on premium feature films like “the front room” (a24), “y2k” (a24), “riff raff” (ed harris, bill murray, pete davidson, jennifer coolidge), “killing castro” (al pacino), “daddio” (sean penn, dakota johnson), “the history of sound” (paul mescal, josh o’connor) and many more.
